The largest apartment of the structure, is located on the ground floor overlooking the underlying swimming pool and solarium, as well as the sea.
It has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, for a total of 6 beds guaranteed by the possibility of using the sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with sink, fridge under top, induction hobs, countertop microwave oven, coffee machine, various utensils, dishes, cleaning products and linen.
Externally it has a balcony with table and seats, a garden and a small terrace also with table and seats, all facing the sea and overlooking the swimming pool. The tables and outdoor seats can be positioned as desired in the various areas pertinent to the accommodation.
