The delivery of the apartments takes place on the day of booking from 4pm to 7pm; in case of delay on the established time, the customer is kindly asked to notify the structure by calling the management: +39 3384508734 Monia.

During the check-in the tourist tax in cash equal to 1Euro / person / day will be collected for the first 5 days of stay. Children under 12 are exempt.

The apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, they must be left tidy and the rubbish must be taken away.

Each apartment is subjected to a control check at the time of departure and, in the event of damage to objects or to the structure itself, an amount equal to the damage caused on the credit card to be shown during check-in will be retained together with all the documents of the residents to allow them to fulfill the legal obligations.

There is a video surveillance system with closed-circuit cameras insistent on the external areas of the structure for the purpose of the safety of the customers and the structure itself. Registrations last 24 hours and are only available to the Management. The person in charge of the treatment of the images is the owner of the structure.

Please always maintain an adequate sound level, avoiding screams and noises in respect of the other staying guests and in particular, to maintain a respectful silence until 9 am and after 11 pm.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, it is possible to smoke outside.

It is forbidden to give parties or in any case host unauthorized persons inside the apartments.

Pets are not allowed.

The swimming pool is for seasonal use and there are no fences surrounding it. The swimming pool is shared between the apartments. The use of the swimming pool is subject to internal regulations present within the structure to be read and respected. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults who assume responsibility for them.

They are placed in correspondence with the flower beds at the side of the pool. These are unattended play areas. Please be very careful and do not leave minors alone. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults who take responsibility for them.

The structure offers 2 free parking spaces whose access is regulated by the opening of the motorized gate via the remote control delivered.

In case of sold out, the “Who sleeps does not catch the fish” apartment has an outdoor car park near the entrance guaranteed with a seasonal ticket, which can be used throughout the municipality.

There is a wall box for charging Enel X electric vehicles. Use must be requested from the Management and authorized with a card.
